The role of councillor is complex, challenging… and changing. If elected, I will be a principled, rigorous and tenacious advocate for Yatton ward.
I can promise independence and will continue to act as a community campaigner.
I will be answerable to you and no one else – and want to get the best deal for residents… not for any political party or faction.
My role is representing the community to the council, not representing the council to the community.
