The following planning applications are expected in the coming months. The current projected application submission dates are:

  • Rectory Farm (early 2021)
  • Boxbush Farm (early March 2021)
  • Two ‘linked’ applications – one for a new club house and playing pitches for Yatton RFC; another for residential development at the current club site (early June 2021)
  • Proposals for a development of 60 residential dwellings and a Medical
    Centre on land off Wood Hill and Smallway (2021)
