Community Infrastructure Levy receipt£321,913.85 dated 6 August 2019

Because the Titan Ladders proposal had not been designed to accommodate on-site open space, an off-site contribution of £47,817.60 was negotiated by way of an S106 Agreement towards local Neighbourhood Open Space – primarily to be spent at the gateway to the Strawberry Line.
